To everyone it may help/concern:
I suffered from severe alcohol abuse for several years. I refused to acknowledge I had a problem. My environment tried countless number of times to help. Without success. Lots of people have a family member, friend or acquaintance that could really use help. Unfortunately, not many people know how to address the issue correctly.
It was only when I met the right people, I was willing to listen and accept help. These people know what I was going through, and still are. Every single day. They showed me a way that makes more sense to me. With their expertise, the people of Liberty Home gave me an environment where I felt safe.
They helped me to put things back into the right perspective. I learned how to address my issues in serenity. Today, I am proud to say I am 6 months sober. I am grateful for all the people who helped me to achieve this.
